I would like to express my sincerest gratitude to everyone who supported my campaign. All of the endorsements, Facebook likes, Twitter Tweets, page comments, posts shared and contributions received were appreciated. I congratulate all the candidates who won their primary race. Good luck to all those who are in the runoff election set for May. This is just another reminder of how important it is to vote. Although this primary election drew a record voter turnout, only 10.9% of the registered voters in Harris County came out to vote. I’m hopeful that, in future elections, we can increase the number of people who come out to vote.
